Youth-led • Adult-supervised • Mentor-guided

Every idea starts small. The right support helps it grow big.

Sarbat Ventures helps turn promising ideas into action. We give young people real responsibility to discover ideas, research opportunities, meet founders, challenge assumptions, and learn how thoughtful venture decisions are made—with experienced adults and mentors beside them.

Our Vision

Small ideas. Real support. Big potential.

We learn venture building by doing it. Youth discover ideas, question assumptions, meet founders and make recommendations. Mentors bring experience. Adults provide oversight. The goal: help good ideas take the next real step.

01

Youth Lead

Youth source opportunities, research markets, interview founders, question assumptions, and develop recommendations.

02

Mentors Guide

Experienced founders and professionals pressure-test thinking, share practical experience, and help teams sharpen their next steps.

03

Adults Supervise

Adult supervisors provide governance and oversight. Youth learn and recommend; appropriate adult decision-makers retain responsibility for formal commitments.

The Sarbat Mindset
“Don’t just ask whether an idea sounds exciting. Ask what problem it solves, who needs it, what evidence exists, what could go wrong—and what the smartest next step should be.”
